Holy friggin moly. Am I glad I read this posting. Gives me a huge buyer beware mentality but I feel for your situation. As a new guy here I haven't been burned by anyone but the fact that someone would have no more honor and self respect than this stuns me to the core. I don't care what the situation is, your money should have been priority number one since he dropped the ball on the deal. And in light of the time frame we are talking about, I don't see much difference from this and stealing.
