The first pouch prototype picture on IG looked pretty spot on - white stitching, groove on the flap, reasonably curved edge on the flap
The second picture attached to the leg belt was a little off in comparison

I've seen the prototypes on IG, what I meant is how far in to production are they? Any ideas as to when they will start being shipped?

I got you guys worry not! Your suits are coming along nicely!
I have an exciting update for everyone on the list (I'll also update this on the first post).
The scabbard prototype is complete and we decided we are doing 3 models:
Model 1 : This is what comes with the basic package. The scabbard box, nothing else. No swords nor handles (see picture A).
Model 2: Solid scabbard with 2 handles aka the stunt scabbard. This means you get the full scabbard with 2 mock swords. They don't come out of the sheath. It's all a solid piece. This would be your con safe(er) option and this upgrade costs $300 additional to include this piece (see picture B).
Model 3: Hero scabbard with 2 plastic swords that come out of the scabbard. Nuff said (see picture C). This upgrade comes with the ME package and costs $400 additional if purchased separately.
Lastly, there are two new DELUXE maximum effort packages:
The new "Chris Brown" (yes Chris Brown) package. Comes with everything from the Maximum Effort package plus accurate boots for $3660.
The new AJ McLean /backstreet boy package which includes everything from the Chris Brown package plus real leather and thinner red screen printed fabric for a "cooler" wearing experience. This particular package also includes some added details in the seams and other fine stitch work. This package is the "all in" package and costs 6K (I know).
Anyone who wants to upgrade to a different model scabbard please shoot me an email ASAP. Production starts tomorrow
