Sorry, not trying to hijack, but it's strange that my shells are too small for you because they are sculpted on a bust of my head. My head is 23.5" so if yours is 23.2-23.6" then you should fit mine perfectly.

No issues with the width Travis
It's the top to bottom that's too small for me. Cuts into my chin.

Ok, I was assuming the 23.2-23.6 was circumference. I haven't measured top to bottom to know what my measurement would be

There's a few things that can be done to resolve this rather easily on our shell/mask. If the length is an issue, you (or we) can shave the bottom of the chin and under the nub to allow more room. If width is a problem, a heat gun or blow dryer can be used to manually widen it a bit. We try to go for that Reynolds face shape which understandably doesn't fit everyone but these can still be altered for better fit. I appreciate your guys' feedback because it helps us improve on these as we continue to work on them. I've also heard from a few people that padding is probably a good idea so we'll start incorporating a bit of foam padding to make them a bit more comfortable.
As for customs possibly confiscating packages with prop weapons, we'll have to look into that a little more. If this is a problem for international orders we might not be able to accommodate the ME package outside the US. I will confirm once I do a little more research on this.
Some of the suits have started shipping already and some are almost ready to ship, for those who want to receive it before the rest of the accessories are ready. I have no problem holding on to the ones from people that would rather have everything ship together though, as I mentioned before.

Padding is normally a personal thing, but some around the eyes, edge and to lift the shell off the nose generally helps.
As for the weapons, us guys in the UK just need to see what you're offering and go from there. The customs info we have is pretty well laid out, so it's just if what you have meets it.
I know me and Sleeper have options we can get, it's just if they fit with the holsters/scabbards you're doing.
Are you just shipping 1-10 on the list at the minute?

Correct. First 10 are the ones I'm finishing up the detailing in 3s. As you can see it's pretty crazy around here as we get closer to comic con!

For those not following on social media. AJ Mclean from the Backstreet Boys is also a fan of the suit and is having one made for his Halloween Party
And it all happened on the same week chaosprince got this tremendous shot at a con in Florida.
Pretty exciting week to say the least!
End of October is the big one in the UK, so plenty of time......as long as the rest of the Backstreet Boys don't want a suit

That was circumferenc. El_fetts, mask are a bit smaller as he described in his Post. I will give his Tips a shot and update with photos.
