Great vid. Thanks for giving an honest review of so many options! Looking forward to seeing your final build. Quick question though: how tall are you? All of the cowls seem short on your neck, which of course the padding will help hide - but I'm just curious about how it might fit on a guy my height.

Thanks! I'm 6'1" and 190 ibs. I think the "Dawn of Justice" cowls are generally designed to look like you have huge shoulders and no neck, pretty much like the movie version. I think just adding a cape even without padding will still look good.

Wearing a balaclava is another option instead of wetting your hair. Makes getting in and out of cowls fairly easy.

Great reviews. Off topic what eye make up do you use?

Another option is just using standard Eye Black for baseball or football players. You can find it for very cheap at any sportswear store. It's just wax and carbon black. It will smudge if you smear it but it looks great and doesn't run.

The way I apply eye black is to first put on the cowl, then lift the cowl such that my eyes are aligned with the large mouth hole. Then I apply the eye black and pull the nose back down into place. This way the narrow neck hole doesn't smear the eye black over my face when pulling the cowl on.
