Darth Maul's Double Bladed Lightsaber - TPM Version

A shout out to Randy from Korbanth for this excellent hilt! I remember when I first saw the double bladed lightsaber on the big screen when I was 7 years old. This felt like that all over again!

Specs:

Korbanth Sabers DM1 hilt kit (latest version)
Hand painted emitters fins and grooves
LED bezels and rubber O-rings added to increase accuracy
TCSS DM1 infinity coupler
Custom 3D printed chassis in both sides
Dual Plecter Labs Nano Bisoctti v4 modules
dR/dR main blades with white FoC

The 3D printed chassis in each hilt is fully removable for easy SD card access as well as recharging. Two of the red buttons were modified with a plunger and spring in order to allow such a chassis system to be used.

The result - a saber befitting of the Dark Lord's apprentice...

Nice job, your wiring appears to be very good! I like how you put 2 sound cards in there. There may be a way to fit a single proffie in that setup with one sound board, but not if you split the hilt! Good idea!

Yup! I wanted to be able to split the hilt in two hence the two soundboards. Also Maul's saber is suppose to be two separate hilts fused in the center so there's that too. :)

Looks awesome. Did you design the chassis yourself? I got my DM1 hilt a few days ago and want to set it up for blades, sound etc... I’m just starting to figure out how to work with arduinos and sketches, etc...

Indeed I did. I model and print my own chassis parts.
