Darth Maul outer hooded cloak/robe

Can anyone point in the direction of a good maker or patterns for the darth maul outer hooded cloak/robe? I want to add one to my lifesize figure.

I made one of these for a member last year. Not much in the way of patterns on it. Just the yoke and sleeves (Which I can't even find anymore). The hood kind of as well, but its just a big square that has been rounded off.
The rest is pleats. Pleats for days.
