Ok UpDate time!!
I talked to the artist of this piece Jay Fife and he told me the art work was deemed Darth Knight by fans so he has kinda went with it, LOL!

Anyway, I got the foam master cut, I strayed a little from the artwork as i wanted this to be a little more Batman than the artwork, its a little vader for me! I also strayed a little from my orginal concept art.

This piece has a little more bat style armor with the vader ribs. The square in the middle is the space for the vader check box. Ill update alot as I go. But for now here is the Foam master!

I plan on molding this tonight, cleaning the mold up and casting my first pull. Im not sure if it will happen but thats the plan, we will see! I hope I have a good pull to show you really soon.

Well guys,

I made the plaster mold last night and poured the first pull, it was still a little wet this morning so Im hoping to be able to pull it when I get home. I throw a coat of plastidip on it and snap some pics! This should really move along now :D

Ok Guys and Gals,

I finally got the pull out of the mold, plastidipped it and added the Chest box, dark Knight style belt and belt boxes to it and snapped 2 quick pics.

Now please keep in mind that there is a ton of work to be done to the body suit yet. The smaller armor and the bat symbol will be painted a metallicish dk grey to match the belt buckle and the circle hole area will have "acorn hex nuts" added to gice the appearance of bolted on armor!

this is going to be sick! what type Vader helmet you going with the full size or a Don Post "action" helmet?(that was later turned into voice changer one?)

As for the helmet I have no idea what it is. I did a trade foe a 2 part helmet and the guy still has not sent. As soon as it gets here ill post pics.

Ok I've been busy as all hell last couple of week and Have not seen this till now,wow man this is mind blowing!!!
What a great concept,combination of two amazing characters!!!!
Your work is showing respect for both in spades!!
Love this build and will be tuning in till the end buddy,just makes me so happy to see something different like this!

All I can say is damn man!!!!

Hey Guys and Gals,

We worked our tailes off this weekend, with the completion of our other suits this weekend we had a little time to get some major work done on this costume.
I first tackled the helmet! This was a real treat and I have about 6 hours in just the ears! I wanted them to have a seamless look, I feel I came about as close as I can. I still have some detail paint i want to do on this. I want to tie in some of the "DK Silver" into the helmet that we painted on the body suit! Here is what it looks like so far!

As for the body suit, it has gone through a complet transformation since our last update! It has been attached to a lycra suit, plastidipped, DK Silver detail painted, and 92 Nuts have been inserted into holes that were cut for them. It really adds to the 3D effect and makes the Armor look bolted in! I am really proud of this costume so far!

No in addition to all of this I aquired the boots, made the Belt Skirt, and Got my cape around (Dark Knight Scalloped). The only thing Im waiting on is the gloves and gauntlets. Like I said above Ill need a little paint on the helmet and am thinking about aquiring a Vader saber hilt (if anyone has a cheapish one). My hope is to have this done next weekend! We will see
