I don't think it's that he's a dick, he just doesn't put up with mediocrity and incompetence in his films. That's not being a dick, that's just him caring about the quality of the film he makes.

No, I can't.

I'll just say that toys NEVER indicate what is actually in the movie unless there really is a scene where batman has a camo version of his suit.

If you're talking about the vehicle we've seen in set photos and in the trailer, it looks way more realistic than the 89 batwing. The 89 batwing doesn't even have a means of propulsion.
 
Another few minutes later Bale left the trailer and also got into a SUV with his driver. Mind you every other actor wouldn't let us take pictures with them but Bale saw us and heard us and had his driver pull up to us and we got to speak with him and take pictures.

Bale's still trying to live down his freak out on the set of Salvation. Which I loved by the way.

I've been an extra in a few things. It's always interesting to see the behind the scenes stuff.

Back to discussion, we don't need a toy to tell us what the final vehicle looks like, it's in the trailer!

Honestly, it looks a little more practical than the 89 Batwing.
 
I think it looks cool - I'm very interested to know how this comes into play storywise (who built it, at what point in the story we first see it, etc.). I'm also very excited to see Luscious' part in this movie - you know he's gonna come up with some badassery...
 
Actually I did a 'through the mail' send in photo and hand written letter to Bale's address after Dark Knight was out and I had it sent back with personalization complete with his completely unreadable signature on it within 18 days. I couldn't believe how kind someone of his status is to his fans out there. Even clips i've seen of him signing in person for people he is genuinely very nice to them all.

I was very apprehensive about this movie when I first started seeing spy pictures, but after seeing the trailer and the opening prologue (which people posted to youtube- where I saw it) and am super excited. I trust that Christopher Nolan will deliver a worthy finale to his vision of the character.
