Daphne Pattern Help

I am currently working on my first ever sewing project: a Daphne cosplay! I am very new to sewing, so I know for a fact I cannot draft a pattern. I thought, "Eh! Daphne's dress is just a long sleeve dress with a fitted waist and short skirt! How hard could that be to find a pattern?" OH COULD I HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG. I can't find anything! So, after hours upon hours of searching, I am reaching out to my wonderful cosplay friends! I attached two reference photos that could help. Does anyone have a name, an idea, anything? Thanks so much!!

Try searching sweater dress or skater dress patterns.

Did you have any luck with this? I was hoping to find a purple dress for my wife that I could just modify.

Kwik sew has a pattern that could easily be modified for her dress https://kwiksew.mccall.com/k3561

Not sure if either neckline is accurate, but could easily be covered by the neck scarf. Hope this helps!
