So, now that it's been out, what are your thoughts?
I've only been able to search out the pilot and one or two episodes....
Gone is the threatening nature of greenback. Now, just like Claw in his reboot, he's turned more comedic. When that was usually Stileto's role.
Gone is the suave, carefree, and intelligent Dangermouse. Now, he seems more like penfold.
Colonel K seems more or less unchanged, though....
the new characters. I've only seen one in action so far. the female scientist. On the whole she's not bad... but the way dangermouse acts like an idiot around the technology, I don't like.....idiot characters for the sake of comedy is not a trend i'm happy with, but it seems to pop up more and more these days thanks to shows like family guy and the dumbing down of homer simpson to a total unlikable ass.
the actual plots don't seem that bad. it retains the dangermouse feel at least.
But, I'm waiting for this series to officially hit the us so I can binge watch it all at once.
I've also been told Count Duckula makes an appearance. I only hope his voice is better than the first attempt, before he got his own series and was voiced by Jason Todd (IIrC).
