DamnGoodPaul's "EASY/ghetto" muscles for Amazing spiderman suit

Ive played with photoshop for years But Lately ive been a bit rusty and lazy and forgot so much. I was out looking to buy a amazing sub pattern from others here without luck. so i took action in my own hands and design my own. Still a work in progress and still have a long ways. Im looking for any help on drawing the webs on this baby if anyone can offer their 2 cents?

So heres a few examples on how i did my muscle shading without doing all those warping and time consuming techniques. I literally placed photos of body builders in the best shadow/highlight contrast photos available on top of my spider suit pattern, made the photo black and white so that the lightest parts of the photos are used as the highlight by using the airbrush option and setting it to "CLEAR". i slowly erase the white portions of the bodybuilding photo to reveal the suit underneath. I do the same for the shadows of the muscles to show little of the suit. then switch the airbrush to normal and using a black color, add some shadows to existing shadows of the photo and add some definition. Hightlight with blue on the blue areas and red for the red areas.

SET AIR BRUSH FLOW TO 19%

Feel free the squeeze and resize the photo to fir your suit's shape and size

For the chest i used Mike Mentzer. For the legs i used half of Arnold Schwarzenegger's leg, and duplicated it and fliped it horizonal to create an identical pair.
