If you're used to EVA, it's an adjustment. But once you've made the adjustment, it's just as easy as EVA imo. Except once you work with thicker sintra (10mm+, it's worth it to invest in an electric saw, anything thinner than 10mm can be cut with a craft knife.)
Oh! One more thing I just thought of. If you're gonna use an EVA pattern on sintra, try to take the pattern down to as few pieces as possible. Tape pieces together and just bend on the seam lines.
