Coulson's revenge or Destroyer gun

Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my second build as a new cosplayer this year (my first was Luke Cage) I'm doing Nick Fury next but with the Destroyer gun Coulson used. I experimenting with craft foam,styrofoam and other items. I want the nozzle to glow any tips?

I'd use some LED's or some EL Wire.

You'd probably be better off with LED though, simpler to use. You can YouTube LED stuff to get some idea of how to wire it up. But this doesn't seem to be too complex to do. I'd do it without an on/off switch and just do it through contact of the battery.

I built one out of sintra, but no electronics. I had to put an orange circle on the front to comply with cosplay firearm rules at the con.

If anyone has the plans online could they please CC me as well? I would love to attempt to recreate this beauty but my incredibly limited prop making skills are .. limited at best, so anything already established, like instructions, cut outs, or a step by step reflects my current proficiency. Again, anything helps, thanks!
