Wow... What detail I just love these characters...wonderful

It's really thick as well. It doesn't need to be but it's not an issue... You could throw some keys in there as well. You'll get better edges with your flashing closer and with a tighter fit which the keys will help provide.

K. I will thin them out as well. Cornelius chugs ever on, though albeit slowly...I will do whatever it takes to make this work.

I spent three DAYS straight under apes make-up for a Convention once.

I'd be happy be Cornelius for you but I'm a big fat guy, Hardly a Cornelius type.

But if you ever do Zaius......I'm there.

If was Phantasmicon 1980, and no pics sorry.

There was a guy at the con and for $50 he would do you up at an ape. He had been an assistant on the TV show and had molds of all the characters. So all the appliances were beautiful. Loved it so much I wore it for three and a half days and he touched me up every morning.

I wore all my other costumes with the make-up. Star Wars Ape, Star Trek Ape, Sandman Ape.

I bought a new camera which was on sale, but I'm not happy with the macro features on it. It doesn't photograph under low light conditions very well, and the macro isn't as great as my old camera.

I'm reworking the sculpt. I want the Cornelius prosthetics to be as expressive as Zira's so I am thinning down where I can. It sucks the positive I am sculpting on is a little crooked and leans to the right so that is throwing off my sculpting...but it's what I got so I'm going to have to make it work.

I would love to find an individual brave enough to be glued down under this and hit the next Wondercon wearing Escape from the Planet of the Apes outfits. I think my friend is coming over for Wondercon and wants to be glued down but he doesn't have the right build and I'm sure he's way taller than I am. At least I know I won't be the only ape in town.

I'd do it , but I'm too fat and have no $$$. Your friend could easily be a character of his own creation or just say he's Dr. Milo.

I did manage to make an appearance at Comicon this last July, but it was a long hard ride from Ape City...the seat pan of the wagon we rode in was too big for me and it took about 12 hours to reach our destination. It was too tiring for the horses and driver and passengers involved. Never again. Let me just stay within the confines of Ape City. :unsure

Found some good reference photos, so I will tweak the brows some more...take another shot from the same angle and do a comparison. And most likely change the nose as well, depending on how it looks from the same angle as the reference photo.
