Brass CGI Snitch Model
One of only 50 Worldwide!!!​

CoolFX distributed this series of Golden Snitch models complete with display case in a very, very limited edition. Probably to studio people, WB execs.... As I understand it, there were both gold plated models and brass models. This is a brass FX model ( #1 in the series of 50 brass models just sold for over $1K recently!).
The FX Snitch is an exact replica cast in the same mold as the movie FX snitch used in CGI Quidditch scenes and, of course, it is made by the same company that made the Snitches for the films.

Made by the same company that made the Snitches for the films? Cast from the same mold? I thought Philippes cast these off the CGI snitch, not from the original mold. I also like that I am now lumped in with "studio people" and "WB execs."

Oh, and yes, it is a BEAUTIFUL piece. Absolute stunner.

Fact 1: The APs were actually the first 5 made.
Fact 2: These are bootlegs and not studio-sanctioned.
Fact 3: Shipped worldwide selling price was $125, which included a numbered plaque and display case.
Fact 4: 5 APs went to friends as gifts. 2 APs were later sold by two of the friends (No. 1 and No. 2).
Fact 5: Each unit took about 2 hours to hand-finish.

I saw one the other day at Barnes n Noble for 9.99 and it has a little wooden stand. It actually looked pretty darned cool and it looked to be about the same size. Anyone have pics of THAT one for comparison?

That is the Sticker Kit snitch. The third pic Juno posted is the comparison shot between that snitch and the uber snitch.

I own a Sticker Kit snitch and for that price, it's an excellent piece despite its plasticky feel.
