Commander Cody Helmet Parts?

I wanted to see if anyone knows of anyone else that makes, sells, etc. the pieces I would need to turn a clone trooper helmet into a Commander Cody Helmet?
I can do the assembly and paint work, but parts like the visor, the strips along the top, etc. would require more skill then I have. All I have seen folks selling is the Binoc piece (for other trooper varients), but even that is gone now that I am interested in it as well.
Any suggestions?
