OMG! Gorgeous! I'll be keeping an eye out for the casting notices/auctions! Is the front plate removable or is all one solid helmet piece? Is there ventilation? I know I had fogging issues with my other C.C. helmets.

nice. there is a company called alsa that makes vacuuform-able chrome plastic sheets. i've never tried it, and don't know how transparent it is. might be worth a shot.

Visor has to be attach it to the jaw section, the helmet will be two parts the top and the jaw and have to be attach it with two center lock clip, look for the photos in my thread, this helmet is will be very complicate it to make some cast not impossible but require too much time. Right now working on the snake eyes armor molds, forearms and biceps armor mold done..:thumbsup,

That will be a great help, any othe info you can find it will be appreciate, because the Cobra visor it is too delicate to make.
