these are available at Party City all over LA for about $10 and look nice and chrome but you can see very well through it. Dont know if its of use to you or not.

Yes we are working on the visor of cobra too. Hopefully at the end of this month i will complete it, then a list run. Mold ect....

I like this design. It's more in line with the franchise and it actually has a slight Real American Hero Viper helmet look to it too.

thank you, we still working on the cobra visor too i did the vaccum form method and came out perfect the chrome color is the problem, i have to use two chrome face mask to cover the color of the main visor. Photo very soon but today i will finish the mother mold of snake eyes helmet.

This is what Hyperballistik had to do with my helmet to protect the mirror chrome. Glad to know it's coming along!

Thanks, Well for the Cobra Helmet i have to say too complicate to make. This helmet cost about $100 just in material in about 20 t0 30 hours of hand on. If we make a extra ones it will be put on an auction, those are interesting i'll let you know.
Sorry I just a man with simple method.
Here some photos how it looks with the two chrome insert behind the a 1/32" clear petg plastic molded by vaccum forming.
