I just printed up the FRAME of the pistol. I still have to print the cylinder and paint everything. My life is in slow motion now, with me buying a house in Michigan and preparing to move. But I hope to get this painted and post pics soon.

Print quality looks incredible, especially with the rollmarks. What are you planning for the paint? Something like Alumaluster?
Yeah, I got the settings dialed in very well on ChitBox pro. I am just now looking at paint, will check out that one.

Back after a long while. Just bought the 4K edition of Clue today that was released in 2023. Immediately noticed that you can actually now see the text on Ms White's invitation letter pretty clearly. It simply has the same text that Wadsworth reads out loud during dinner in all-caps, without any other information or the address for the house. So that's going to be the more accurate version for a replica. But I kind of still like my idea of having more information in the letter like the address and the aliases.

Gave my wife these for her birthday. Made some boxes last minute. Prob do something else to display them, but wanted to finally share them after spending the better part of a year researching and locating everything. I ended up finding the 4" barrel for the H&R separately and swapped it out on one with the 2.5" which was apparently more common. I also removed the firing pin, just to be safe and so I didn't have to worry about it being handled (even though I have no ammo).

The gun is a tricky one and difficult to obtain
I'm still missing the revolver from my own collection. Where did you wind up picking yours up?

I just kept searching various seller sites that had "buy it now" options. I bought the 4" barrel first for like $30 figuring that if I located a decent 2.5" barrel version, I could grab that instead of trying to find the exact match as I had been looking for a while and had not seen many 4" versions. When I read that most were sold with 2.5", I decided to go that route. I thought I would have the FLL dealer that I picked th gun up from locally do the barrel swap, but they weren't interested so I looked up some videos on similar barrels and drove out the retaining pin, clamped it in a vise with some protection, and put a wrench on it. It takes a lot of force to remove and replace the barrel at the beginning/end as the fit is really close to get the start of the barrel in the right place near the cylinder and the sight aligned, but it's doable. I ended up finding the gun for $220 after looking for a while, so the gun, 4" barrel, FFL charge and shipping was about $300.
