Hey, that's me! 
I made that back for Celebration II. It was my first sculpt ever and bump as heck. I started on a new mold using a Navy Talker helmet as a base this time (same helmet used for Rebel Fleet Troopers and other SW helmets). It'll be a while before I get back to it, though.

oh, hey i missed you guys' replies. thanks scott. let us all know when you have it finished. it's a cool looking costume and i don't think that i've ever seen anyone else try it. good job!
