Clone helmet casting question

I bought a mold off ebay for a epIII clone helmet I have never done this before but I bought a two part resin

do you know if this will work and do I need a release agent

That is just generic urethane casting resin, as for if you need a release agent or not what is your mold made out of? And you will likely need more resin than that to do a proper slush cast of a full size helmet...

Need to know what the mold is made of. If silicone, no release is necessary. If urethane, definately use a release.

Is this a closed mold? meaning is there a cap that closes it off so that the resin doesn't spill out onto your shirt and shoes and floor.

If that resin sets in 10 minutes, can you rotate the mold that long without passing out? Better to use a 3 minute resin.
