Quick question. Does Vader's helmet go under the armor?

Quick question here to help with my lifesize bust build, does the bottom of Vaders helmet go underneath the upper chest armor? Or does it sit on top?

For OT it sits above/on top of the armor. The EP3 ROTS Vader helmet neck is designed to fit under/into the armor.
