Clickable animated signature

I'm having some trouble with my sig. I searched for help, but only came up with a very old post: http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=722&highlight=signature

What I want is this: Have an animated gif in my sig which is clickable with a link. I could easily do this in html, but it's not enabled on sigs.

Step 1) http://www.therpf.com/profile.php?do=editoptions ; second to last option, set Message Editor Interface to Enhanced (the last one)

Step 2) http://www.therpf.com/profile.php?do=editsignature ; insert an image. once inserted, select it, and then use the hyperlink button to link it to a certain page.
