Chinese translation and text for firefly props?

Hey gang,
I a lot of you have done some great firefly props, paper, and other wise, that have Chinese text on them. I don't know the first thing about Chinese (well maybe a few spoken fraises from firefly. )

So, is there a cheep and easy program, or site, that can translate words for me? Also, what text should I use?

Hi Jason,

Sounds to me like they're speaking Mandarin...which most likely will mean their text would be in that form too.

The first two were sent to me by a friend, when I asked this very question. The third, I found on my own by accident, and it's my favorite.
