I bought these gloves demon pretty cheap.
 
had the idea of ​​putting on latex and repaint.
 
there is a small problem is that the gloves are quite large.

cheap route, stuff the fingers with newspaper.  costlier route, expanding foam.

I agree with the above on the expanding foam, also try turning them inside out and  then painting them, saves on the latex and is also easier to paint.
