These used to be everywhere, but now they seemed to have disappeared and are out of stock. Does anyone know if these are going to be reissued?

That doesn't mean they WILL get them back in stock, that just means they HOPE to get them in stock. EE does this all the time, esp. with Who items. BBTS sometimes gets things through other channels (I.e. Not from CO or Underground Toys - sometimes through English Overstock itmes).

True, but given that the 10th doctor sonic just got re-released in new packaging, and given what it cost CO to make the molds, plus the fact that River is going to have a huge role in next year's series, I'd say there is a good chance the River sonic is coming back.
