ChaosPrince's Ultimate Spider-Man Suit (Miles Morales) WIP

the suit is looking amazing (no pun intended). i'm finally sending mine off to FOD, i hope it comes out more like your second go around :)

Had some extra time to kill, so I sealed the edges on these lenses, added magnets and fixed the angle to work with my faceshell.

This suit will be finished AFTER my Superior suit as this one is still getting detailed by El Fett.

Click the link in my signature to check out the progress for my other suit.

Thanks!

Oh, and btw, I switched back to TrophyWife since she's all moved back in and all. So, now I'm super pysched to have this sewn up as I KNOW it'll turn out well.

I'm working on a suit that has a lot of black, and I'm worried about it looking really faded when stretched. I don't want it to be solid black either (using brick pattern from AS-M2 suit).
Have you had a chance to stretch the fabric and see how it looks? Could you post a pic of it when you get a chance? Thanks.

Puffy paint job all done, awaiting silicone for spiders. @elfett

thats a clean paint job. my only concern, and excuse my ignorance, but is there any chance the puff paint may crack? i know you'll be doing a lot of stretching and movement both getting into the costume and just walking around in it.

On my fabric it doesnt crack. No matter how much a stretch it. Its like latex.
Only if u dont wash the fabric before painting it couöd be that the paint peels off.

I've had my original hybrid suit for seven months now, worn it to four conventions and only have a small crack in the caked on thick line encircling my crotch area. And that is only due to the friction from the game belt I wear.
