When you finish you should have one of those rapid-prototype machines cut it out so it can be molded !

I'm glad you folks like it 
I most certainly want a real world copy made from this when it's done.
I was thinking of going with the Envisiontec Perfactory machine. I might have to cut the model up in segments/pieces to make it work.
It's currently at 6 million polys, and as a complete file, those machines cant make him at 1:1.
I'll keep posting updates as I work on it further.
