Nice work! Your videos and tuts are very insightful I do have a question though. I live in Australia and I can't find Bondo anywhere... the staff at our big-er hardware stores have no idea what I'm talking about. Even after I explain what the application is, they are just like"um ...use resin?" I have almost completed the MKVI helmet using resin, but it is too glassy for my liking. It's very hard to shape without it splintering.

Any Idea what the Australian version of Bondo mite be called?

I know the common brand in the UK is U-POL. Maybe ask for that. Otherwise the common term is automotive body filler. Bondo is just a brand name that has become synonymous with filler, much like Kleenex is with facial tissue.

Thanks Ronin,

I did try some body filler and it was horrible. Very bubbly and hard to spread.
But that was from a hardware store. I mite go look for a good auto body filler tomorrow. See how I go.
