After much debating on the style she wanted to go for, and I wanted to try my first foam build. This seemed like a great one to try. I used the captain america pep file for foam and altered it to our liking.

finished (not sure why its not flipped right side up)
1. print and cut out on cardstock. 2. traced on foam sheets. Used the 3mm ones 3. glued together with hot glue. 4. Cut out and glued pieces for chin area. 5. cut out and glued on custom ear pieces. we both liked artist renditions that the ears tipped back. Gave it a attacking cat look!

6. Cut out the eye holes bigger 7. Dremel the excess glue and some imperfections(impurrrrrrrrfections!) 8. took it outside and sprayed 3 thin layers of plasti dip. 9. next day added chin straps with a clasp

Hope you guys enjoyed this. it was fun and simple to make and my wife n I are really happy how it turned out. Just in time for Halloween too!
