Castlevania God Mask Build

Starting work on my second Castlevania mask. I did the Devil Mask just a few months ago, and now I've been commissioned to create the God Mask to go along with it.
So far, I've got about 3-4 hours of sculpting done. Still need to flesh out the face before I can go in and smooth it down, then begin to concentrate on those crazy designs.

Very cool. I haven't played this game since I was a kid, so this is not a character I am familiar with. Do you have a reference picture? You should post the other mask you did too.

Latest progress, more sculpting. Trying really hard to get the symmetry right.

Update on the Gods mask.
I found more reference and am incorporating the new details. I've also begun smoothing the finished areas.


The next obstacle is to figure out how to add this detail:
