Cast of Screen used hellboy make up on perlman bust

HI all.

Those that know me know that I love Hellboy and yesterday, all my birthdays and christmases came at once when this beauty landed on the doorstep.

What you are looking at is is a fiberglass copy of the hellboy make up applied to a moulding core of Ron Perlman! the only thing missing is the bottom lip appliance and ears.

the face and horns are beautifully detailed, the skin texture is incredible. The head and neck have been smoothed over (im assuming this was done to make the positive mould to cast the face pieces for the movie. all the form is still there, its just missing the texture and ears obviously.

The plan is to mould this and convert it into a full bust, this will mean fixing up a few knocks and cracks, sculpting in teh texture for the head and neck, sculpting ears, bottom lip and of course the eyes. Cant wait to get the bench clear of other projects so i can have at it.

great score mate, if it turns out anyhting even half as good as what you did with the Jocker work this will be another definative most accurate bust available of yet another popular film character
and despite it being from the film mould I'm still wondering if it can actually beat your last silicone HellBoy ? LOl

Agreed that if this turns out like what you did with the Joker cast, this will be something for all Hellboy fans to behold. While I would personally love to see the full horns look, I wouldn't dare mess too much with this. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

If you can get it to look even better than your other killer H B sculpt it will be an amazing piece. :cheers
