Carving Foam- Pattern application help

Hey guys, new to the forum and website...

I have been shaped indoor rock climbing holds for various commercial indoor climbing hold companies as a side hobby and had a question related to some detailing that some other companies have been using.

Has anyone seen a dremel bit or other tool that could create symmetrical patterns like that shown in the picture below? Thanks in advance!

Anyone have any ideas on how to mimic that type of pattern onto foam shapes? Thanks

Probably just a negative of the design pressed into the foam. Depending on the foam, it's probably heated first.

Or it might be CNC'd on something like a ShopBot with a very small end mill, then sanded for the outer shape.
