Carnage or Ben Reilly Spider Suit?

I've seen a few pictures floating around the good ole internet of people dressed up as Carnage, as well as a few Ben Reilly version Spider-Man suits. I found a dye-sub pattern on ebay for Ben Reilly for like 5 bucks and the auction was ending in 5 minutes so I bought it. But I would much rather support the local talent here on this site. Has anyone here created either of these costumes yet? And if so, who did you go through, where did you acquire certain things, etc.

I've been looking for a Ben Reilly Spider-Man suit with no luck. I actually just need the big chest spider, so I can line it up on a pattern I already have for a custom version of the suit I'm working on. Is the file you got layered in Photoshop? Or care to share?
