Carl9149's "MAN OF STEEL" COSTUME

Thanks all for comments peeps :) just awaiting for the print to be done and then sent to Darkhero for sewing, should be easy enough with the new sewing design I have done for it, so some pics will be within the next couple of weeks fingers crossed.
 
It's not that different from the original, but since there is no need for a mask, the back pieces are just one single unit, makes the design easier to design. But I will see when the test print comes out and finished.
 
I have been wanting to get a new suit. Mine are used often at community events. I would be interested if you do finally make one, but I have a custom crest that I would like for it. Let me know your progress and details. Thanks.
 
Any progress updates? I am playing around with a custom crest for my newest suit. Not sure where to have it fabricated. Would your suit concept enable active wear...often? I have a few ideas as to "extended" wearing 'accesses'. Let me know...thanks.
 
Hi HanoverSuperman, the print has arrived to be sewn, once I have updated pics then I can share them through here. Due to the hurricane Darkhero is without power and my first priority is ensuring he and his family are looking after themselves, so updated pics will take awhile to come through, and my thoughts are with them all and others who have and are suffering the weather effects.
The file can be adjusted to remove the shield and other parts so that someone could essentially have a blank costume and add their own shield, and other details as they wish. The print is on Lycra so would have a lot of wear out of it, as loads of people have Lycra printed costumes for years and years without issues, as long as they are looked after.

As soon as updates get through to me I will share them the same day :)
