Cardboard trooper costume for 4 year old

Okay, my son is a little Trooper fan and for ages after I made the
crunk helmet from the MR packaging he has been begging for a
full costume.

This coincided with me being annoyed with quite how much money
we were spending on Pampers for our 2 year old.

Hmmm...what could I do with all those Pampers boxes and some PVA?

Not accurate. Not even close. But he loves it.

Oh and I haven't blocked out the face for paranoia - just he isn't old
enough to say yes or no really. I just don't think its fair.
