If you need it like, next week, I can cast up one at the current size. But my mold was damaged during all the trouble I had with it, so there's a handful of decent lumps and blemishes in castings from it now. Yet another reason I'm reworking it.

In a perfect world, I'd like it in my possession by May 10th. So depending on shipping times, that gives about 2 weeks to get it done. If the imperfections are not horrible, I don't think I'd mind but I'd have to trust your judgment on that.

I'm interested. Will the pre order be through your store? also are the magnets part of the kit? It's just a kit right not painted? does this include fingers too?

It will all be handled through my store. It's the easiest system all around: I don't have to keep track (I can set the stock to 10 and just let it sell out), and you guys don't have to message or remind me about anything.
I am sculpting fingers as well, but I haven't decided if those will be separate or included. It'll depend how easy they are to cast.
If the fingers are a major selling point let me know!
No magnets will be included. This will just be a raw, resin kit.

I would really like to have fingers with it too! Also I was wondering how you did the chrome on it? or what you would recommend for painting it?

The one in the photos is painted with Alclad Chrome (comes in bottles for airbrush, or in half size rattle cans).
When I get it chromed I'll take it to a local shop and let the professionals do it. Real chrome isn't something you can do at home.
Here's a marginally related photo of another project I did that's plated with real metal chrome.

I'll be out of my shop from mid May until early June, so these won't be going out until Mid June (mostly depending on if I take on a few commissions for ACBC in 2 weeks, and how far that sets me back).
Only 10, and likely to only ever be 10.

I'm headed to Atlantic City Boardwalk Con on Tuesday, so I'll be out of the shop for 2 weeks. I've seen a few pre-orders come in (thanks!), so I'll be working on the resculpt/remold of this guy once I return, as well as filling orders for my Star-Lord helmet (http://www.therpf.com/showthread.php?t=237275).

And for those asking for a template for the star: I just googled "5 pointed star", picked one, and scaled it until I was happy.

Bump for those on the fence. When I get back to the shop next week, I'll be finishing this guy and casting orders. If you want one before July, now's the time to get an order in.
I've also only seen one person interested in Fingers. Unless more people speak up, they'll be considered an add-on item, and be extra $.

UPDATE: New Master sculpt and molding is complete, and the first pulls came out great!
I've updated the first post with new measurements (all of them slightly larger - I'll get photos of the difference up soon).
And for THIS WEEKEND THROUGH MONDAY ONLY, to celebrate the 4th of July, I'm putting these on sale for $274 plus shipping. Because what better way to celebrate America than with an American Army hero turned Russian super-soldier turned American Icon?

I got the redone arm back from the chromer and finished just before SDCC last week. For those curious, this is what the kit looks like taken directly to chrome - I only had to fill a single bubble with bondo - no sanding, paint, or prep of any kind. (There's a bit of work to add in the flanges, and paint the star after...). All I did was trim and dremel the edges.
Next one of these I think I'll have finished in a slightly more sating nickel finish - this is almost TOO shiny.
