Got it from a costume maker in the Philippines. Awesome guy! I'll have to ask him if he's interested on making another suit because right now he's fully booked and from what I heard this is his last Cap suit because it has too much details.

I finished my Battle Damaged Shield and decided to take some photos. I love playing with it. Now I just need the helmet.

Awesome. What did you use to cut the shield down and how hard was it?

I used a JIG SAW to cut the sled. Its not that hard if you use the right blade and make sure the blade you'll be using is for metal.

I used a stripping pad and a lot of elbow grease. Have a lot of patience when doing this and results will be awesome.
