Captain America shield - maker?

I have this shield here at work and would like to know who made it. I think it could be Factory X but I'm not sure. Any help would be great.

Me too! But mine came brand new out of the box with some chips on the edge. Not noticable when it's hanging on the wall, but it makes me worry that it's not indestructable! Umm...yeah.
