Ordered a cap winter soldier costume from ebay tailored for under 80 bucks a few days ago, today ebay contacted me closed the listing and refunded my money immediately knew it was too good to be true.

Same thing for me but I have not been refunded because mine is listed as shipped. Hope it comes :O

I think we got scammed, feel better I got a refunded, I also ordered a aluminum cap shield for 80 bucks think that was a scam to, seller marked it shipped a month ago but the seller also unregistered their ebay account I'm filing with ebay to get a refunded

I didn't get a refund because it was marked as shipped, working with ebay now to get my money back.

it says it can arrive from the 23 to november 6, so as soon as we hit the 7th, I'm filing it. So far it's still "normal" that I don't have it...

Ebay refunded me on my cap shield even though technically I was supposed to wait until November 17 to file a claim, just try it see what happens.

So btw, update on my experience so far, I bought from this seller too, when they had it up for $2.99 with $40-something shipping. I e-mailed them the size I wanted and they actually responded back quickly and in perfect English said that would be the size that they'll send me. It was marked shipped on October 6, and so far there have been no issues with my order, but I still haven't received it yet. However, it says the expected delivery is between October 23 and November 28, so even though it's been almost a month it looks like it could still take a little longer. I'm not worried about getting it before Halloween since I'm working on something else for that, so I'm perfectly content to wait it out. I know there's a big chance this could just be a scam but I'm not giving up hope just yet

yeah that was one thing I wasn't really sure about, I dunno what to make of the tracking number; when I track my package on eBay everything looks good and it shows it's in transit, but it doesn't list any locations where the package has been. I was wondering if that's just because of the carrier they're using or if it's because it's out of country? I guess it's valid though, right?
