I AM WANTING TO MAKE THIS MOBILE LIBRARY READER AND I AM PRETTY SURE ITS SOMETHING OFF THE SHELF POSSIBLE A HAND HELD GAME ?
HOPEING SOME EAGLE EYED RPF MEMBERS WILL RECOGNISE IT

yes it looks familier it looks too neat for a scratchbuild?
i have started trying to clean up the blueprint but i am petty crap at graphic work

That silver control just below the display looks very familiar... I also agree that it could very well be a scratch build. Just because it looks too good doesn't mean that it's not scratch built.
