Can anyone ID this backpack?

Tried looking all over for this thing, so I'm not sure if it's an actual purchasable backpack, or something that was done in-house by the BBC.

Where are the straps? haha it appears to be harnessed to the actor through his coat, which makes me think custom made.

It's a bit unclear in the photo but is the bit on the back of the pack fabric and the little bit above a hanging loop?

If so it looks to me like it's just a custom shell put on a backpack.

The other thought I had when I first saw it was it might be some sort of storage box with some straps riveted on to it.

I disagree.

It almost looks like it's a hard case.

I think that the strap(s) are hidden under the hood. But it has straps on the bottom (holding the flashlight) that leads me to believe its a camera gear back pack. I would assume its a european make, and I would look for a company with a large or longish logo. (I think that that detail on the back covers up the company logo) Maybe some of the UK guys might be able to help out.

It is a hard case of some sort....good hunting!

It's one strap, bandolier/slingpack style.



The outside definitely looks hardshell, but it hasn't matched anything I could find. And yeah... there's straps on the bottom holding the Maglight in place. But those could've just been added on.

Torchwood. I can't find anything remotely similar! I did find a cool solor panel backpack that I saw on TV yesterday though! :thumbsup
