Yeah I agree a hard material would be a step up in really mimicking the look and feel of buzz, be it plastidip as a next step, or just go all out for fiberglass. That would be so cool.
Haha, I think iron man in buzz colors is an awesome idea... though I have a nagging feeling that I've actually seen a picture somewhere of someone who did that. Might take a look to see if you could find that-
