Reminds me of a time when during filming the SWAT movie a few years ago. They were filming the scene where a LearJet landed on a public street and the SWAT people swarmed the jet. Well a few real life gangbangers were being chased by the cops and drove through the set. They were a little confused when 20 or so fully armed SWAT (actors carrying prop guns) just stepped out of the way without firing a shot. The Bad guys sped off only to be caught a few blocks later.

I'm guessing you are referring to the cop who was supposed to be securing the set. A cop who is probably been reassigned to some foot post guarding a parking meter by now.

He wasn't securing the set, this was a cop who was on his way to a call, it was the fastest way through so he thought, (like many do these days) that they're above the law and can do what they wish so he went right through and caused an accident that will cost him probably a small fortune.

And yes I am generalizing most cops because nearly every cop I've ever run into thinks they're above the law. They run traffic lights cuz they don't wanna sit at them. I can name many more but I don't want to offend anyone who might be a cop. I do apologize because I know not all cops are that way but sadly most (that I've met and know of) are.
