Building Iron Man without Pep?

I've had some bad experiences with pepakura, so I was wondering if it would still be possible to build some decent looking Iron Man armor without it.

there are a few threads here that guys are building suits from just reference photos, or you could always just go the foam route....

Oh you so need to see Donroberts foam Iron Man costumes, not pep'd and most of it is foam.

Hey there! If you check the link in my signature you can see the suit I made without Pep, so it is possible, though definitely not easy haha
