because of the absurd price of the anovos caller or a DEC or real one, I made a quick and cheap droid caller made out of a toy telescope painted silver
I felt it was time for an upgrade, so, I hastily bought this:

I am waiting for it to come in. as for it being different from the kobolds seen through the ot, my story is that the kobolds are the most readily available on tatooine, and then some ship from another system crashed, and my jawa scavenged it from the rubble, so its a different model; it's like a camaro vs. a mustang: both cars, but different models.
