BTVS Diploma printing

Looking for what size and type of paper to use, recommended program to print from and how to print the state seal out it as well.

I used letter sized parchment paper. I went into my file and changed the signatures to different shades/colors to make it look less like a print. I also have the California seal printed on mine. I heave not found a way to get a raised California seal or if it is even legal. I have some foil paper on the way but it will only be 2D. Keep me informed of your progress.

I got the original file off of the free paper thread. I had too much time to kill one night so I went into paint and a case of beer later the signatures had different color ink.
