BTTF Radio Control Info needed

I would like to make a replica of the radio control Doc uses in BTTF. Does anyone know the model it is so I can try and find one? I know it's a Futaba, but I am not sure which one. I also need help identifying any of the extra parts used on it. Any information would be appreciated.

Looks to be a Futuba FP-8SGAP remote (FP-T8SGAP is written on the remote, T added for 'transmitter')

Definitely looks the same (minus the studio mods, of course). Can't really help on the rest of the greeblies. Looks like they added a LOT of things to the back of it:
