Did in you have any more thoughts about having the bridge with logo a separate piece, so as we could have to correct logo on it. Any luck getting all the measurements yet?
No, having it removable (as standard) presents too many logistics issues. Those who want to modify their own, shouldn't be too difficult (for most RPFers). Still waiting on confirmation of measurements, etc. If I don't hear back soon, we'll just forge ahead on our own.
I'm buying them the day they come out.
I didn't realize you were still waiting on me. There was a blueprint and detail closeup w ruler in with what I sent a few weeks ago. I'll check and send again. ****.

Cool. Can't wait to finally see how these turn out! Will you get a pair made first, that you can approve and maybe show pictures to us of what they will look like, incase of any changes that need to happen.
Yes, we'll have a prototype pair made up first. The frames themselves can be modified, but the plastic bridge pieces cannot be altered once the molds are made for the prototypes...

Ah right, I see. So did you settle on what's happening with the logo on the bridge?
We'll be doing the 83155 version of the logo on the bridge which will look like ZEISS unless you loose REALLY closely.

Wanted to share my ebay score:
They aren't exact as the bridge and lens shape is slightly off. The nose piece is also different, but for $50 shipped I still call it a win, especially with how rare these are in general! Going to get mirrored lenses and be good to go! If it helps anybody, these are the Zeiss Competition model number 9921.
