The prototype is made by RP, and we will use metal molds to make vac-formed ABS.

So what material is this, PU or FRP?
And will the helmet be available in black some day?
Would be a lot easier to weather accurately IMHO.
The modelling is very nice.

After endless tuning the pressure & temperatures....... The Vacuum forming abs armor will be ready to ship soon.

The helmet is only in this color and it's made by PU.
